Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Holley Family Reunion website (holley.family), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

About The Holley Family

The Holley Family is a non-profit social organization dedicated to bringing together members of the Holley family for our annual reunion. This website serves as the official registration and payment platform for the Holley Family Reunion.

Eligibility

This website and registration system is intended for members of the Holley family and their immediate household members. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a member of or are affiliated with the Holley family.

Account Registration

To register for the reunion, you must create an account using your email address. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Keep your email address current and accessible
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Email Communications Consent

By providing your email address and creating an account, you consent to receive emails from The Holley Family for the purpose of account authentication (one-time passcodes) and reunion-related updates.

Message Frequency: Authentication codes are sent when you attempt to sign in. Occasional reunion updates may also be sent as the event approaches.

Opt-Out: To stop receiving reunion update emails, contact us at contact@holley.family. Note that authentication emails are required to access your account.

Registration and Payment

Reunion registration is subject to the following terms:

  • Registration fee is $90 per adult attendee
  • Children under 10 years of age attend free of charge
  • Payment may be made in full or in partial installments
  • All registration fees must be paid by the date of the reunion
  • Registration deadline is May 29, 2026 - no new registrations accepted after this date
  • Payments after the registration deadline are still accepted to pay off existing balances

Refund Policy

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at contact@holley.family if you need to request a refund due to extenuating circumstances. We understand that plans can change and will work with family members as needed.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. The Holley Family does not store your credit card information on our servers.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Register individuals who are not part of your household or family
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

The Holley Family provides this website on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at the reunion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
